Aikido Shoshinkan Beginners Classes - click for details

Aikido Shoshinkan is a well established martial arts dojo in Nottingham. We run a full schedule of classes 6 days a week including specific sessions for beginners and children.

We provide a safe and welcoming environment in which to learn. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience.

A traditional and dynamic Japanese martial art, Aikido works through the application of technique rather than strength and so can be practised by anyone regardless of your age or size.

An effective method of self defence, Aikido is also a great way for you to stay fit, build confidence and make new friends.
