This enjoyable 8 hour course, over 2 days, will teach people with no experience and varying degrees of fitness, the initial basic techniques and principles of Yoshinkan Aikido.

Completion will allow beginners to feel safe, comfortable and confident in joining our Regular classes.

The weekend costs only £30 and will be taught by Andy Hobday, Sensei, 2nd Dan (IYAF) of the Aikido Shoshinkan dojo. Every student will be given a free aikido dogi (training suit) to wear.
